To whom it may concern,
My name is Michele Anderson and I reside at 2765 E Apricot Drive in the Solterra subdivision. I'm writing this letter in
support of the proposed Edington Commons Subdivision, located near Linder and Ustick roads.
We downsized in 2016 from nearly 2800 square feet to our current approximately 1350 in our 3 bed 2 bath townhome
here in Solterra. We have enjoyed the simplicity of life here. The yard is cared for so we don't have to spend free time on
that chore. The neighborhood is quiet and you almost always see neighbors out walking and greeting each other in
passing. I have become good friends with several neighbors. This was a very good move for my family.
I am fairly active in our community and I see the need for entry level homes every day. It seems to me that Edington
Commons would offer a quality housing option at a moderate price point for our city. Thank you for your consideration.
