Armoring Specifications:
1)Glass areas: Windshield and front side glass will be removed and replaced with bullet-resistant transparent
armor. The glass is multi-layer glass with a polycarbonate inner layer to prevent spalling upon ballistic impact.
Glass will be curved, marked and contoured to retain the appearance of the original glass. Glass will be
provided from independent governmental approved suppliers. All transparent areas will be protected according
to the indicated ballistic specifications.
2)Body Doors, pillar posts, back windows area, side panels, kick-panels, header areas etc will be armored with
Armormax® PAC 500 lightweight ballistic synthetic fiber laminate (doors and walls) together with air
hardened heat treated ballistic steel in accordance with defined standard of defeat. Elitus® overlap system used
throughout. All lateral body areas will be protected according to the indicated ballistic specifications.
Weldfree® mounting of ballistic steel will be incorporated in the install process.
3)Roof: Armored with Armormax® PAC300 lightweight ballistic synthetic fiber laminate in accordance with the
indicated ballistic specifications at a 30 degree (from flat surface) shot protection.
4)Floor: Floor areas will be armored with multi-ply rigid ballistic fragmentation material combined with
Armormax® PAC100 lightweight ballistic synthetic fiber laminate molded to form fit contours of floorboards
and panels. Protection of the floor against the explosion of grenades (single German DM51 or US M-67) and a
Std. 6 pound landmine. Multi-ply ballistic nylon w/Armormax® PAC100 molded to form fit contours of
floorboards and panels.
5)Vehicle Structured Modifications: Reinforcement of pillar posts and hinges, hardened plastic door risers
installed on all doors.

6)Suspension: Upgrades to include HD torsion bars, leaf springs, coil springs, polyurethane bushings and
high-pressure heavy-duty shocks.
Additional features included at no extra charge in the standard package:
1)Battery: Original replaced with an Optima® bullet-resistant battery system.
2)Door Supports: Hardened plastic door risers installed on all doors to support closed doors at rest.
3)Overextension straps: Installed on all doors to help protect the hinges from overextension due to the
added weight of the armor materials in the doors.
4)Computer: Ballistic box for protection of the Electronic control Module (ECM).
5)Exhausts System: Wire mesh tailpipe protection will be installed in the vehicle tailpipe.
6)Locking Fuel Cap (key operated) will be installed on the vehicle.
7)Chassis: Reinforced Dual Ram Bumpers (Front and Rear)
8)Run Flat Tire devices on 4 wheels.
9)Fuel Tank Ballistic fragmentation wrap.

General Terms and Conditions:
Materials:Ballistic materials are manufactured & sourced from IAC headquarters in Utah, USA and are
independently tested and shipped.
Installation:Armor Installation performed in IAC Facilities
Refernces:Available from numerous existing police forces
Delivery:Build time for the vehicle is approximately 60 working days from delivery of chassis and
payment of armoring deposit. Glass delivery can effect final delivery date. Vehicle updates with
pictures are provided weekly. Inspection by client required upon completion.
Freight:Vehicle freight charges are not included but will be estimated
Warranty:International Armoring Corporation will extend a 36 months’ warranty on its armor up-fitting.
Inspection:We welcome inspections of Armormax armor facilities.
