BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
MILAM, PALMER, LITTLE ROBERTS
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND EAST BOUNDARIES OF LOT 3,
BLOCK 1 AND THE SOUTH AND EAST BOUNDARIES OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF
RENEWAL PLACE SUBDIVISION AS CREATED BY PLAT NOTE NO. 7 ON SHEET 1
OF 3 TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 1.06, PAGES 14631-
1.4633 RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. SAID EASEMENT BEING THE
EXTERIOR 10 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, THE EAST
BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3 AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT
3 LOCATED AT 703 AND 713 N. MAIN STREET, MERIDIAN, IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2019 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a hearing on
the vacation of the Public Utilities And Drainage Easement Located On The North And East
Boundaries Of Lot 3; Block 1 And The South And East Boundaries Of Lot 2, Block 1 Of
Renewal Place Subdivision As Created By Plat Note No. 7 On Sheet 1 Of 3 To The Official Plat
Thereof, Recorded In Book 106, Pages 14631-14633 Records Of Ada County, Idaho. Said
Easement Being The Exterior 10 Feet Along The South Boundary Of Said Lot 2, The East
Boundary Of Said Lots 2 And 3 And The North Boundary Of Said Lot 3 as shown in the
attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 703 and 713 N. Main Street, in Section 7,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
Section 1. That the Public Utilities And Drainage Easement Located On The North And
East Boundaries Of Lot 3, Block 1 And The South And East Boundaries Of Lot 2, Block 1 Of

Renewal Place Subdivision As Created By Plat Note No. 7 On Sheet 1 Of 3 To The Official Plat
Thereof, Recorded In Book 106, Pages 14631-14633 Records Of Ada County, Idaho. Said
Easement Being The Exterior 10 Feet Along The South Boundary Of Said Lot 2, The East
Boundary Of Said Lots 2 And 3 And The North Boundary Of Said Lot 3, located at 703 and 713
N. Main Street in Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho is hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary relinquishment is attached as
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
