DATE.FAFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, on December 3, 2019 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a hearing on the vacation
of the as shown in the attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range
1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation.
Section 1. That approximately 0.129 Acres of a Parcel of Real Property For A Strip Of Land Being 10 Feet
Wide For The Vacation of An Existing Landscape And Irrigation Easement, which lies within Lots 2 And 3, Block 1
of Whitehawk Subdivision, Book 105, Pages 14,247 Through 14,249, Ada County and also Lying Within a Portion
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho is hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary relinquishment is attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
