WHEREAS, by easement dated "arOh— 25 2008 and recorded as Instrument Number
1080,43083 in the land records of Ada County, State of Idaho, an easement of the type
and nature set forth in the above -captioned title was granted to the City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal
Corporation ("the Easement"), upon the real property legally described therein.
WHEREAS, the continuance of a certain portion of the Easement is no longer necessary or desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the City of Meridian does hereby release, vacate,
and abandon that certain portion of the Easement on the lands more particularly described on Exhibit A,
and depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
All rights and privileges under the under the above-described document in and to the remaining lands
covered by the Easement shall remain and continue in the Grantee and shall not be affected in any way
hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused these presents to be executed by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized this 7th day of January , 20 20

Ada County, Idaho, located in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Commencing at the Center Quarter corner of said Section 10, said corner bearing North 00°32'38"
East a distance of 2649.56 feet from the South Quarter corner of said Section 10, thence along the North-
South Center of Section line, South 00°32'38" West a distance of 1065.22 feet to a point; thence South
88°26'51" East a distance of 1109.79 feet to a point; thence South 01033'06" West a distance of 450.01
feet to a point; thence South 88°26'51" East a distance of 291.34 feet to a point; thence South 01033'06"
West a distance of 401.81 feet to a point; thence South 66°44'06" East a distance of 30.00 feet to an angle
