and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Mer idi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 28, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following
application:
GFI - Meridian Investments ,
LLC for a 2-year Time Exten-
sion on the conditional use
permit (CUP-15-019) ap-
proval of a 336-unit multi-
family development on 16.68
acres of land in the C-G zon-
ing district for Village Apart-
ments (H-2019-0144), located
at 2600 N. Eagle Rd.
A copy of the above appli-
cation is available for review
upon request. Any interested
persons wishing to testify are
welcome to do so at the pub-
lic hearing listed on this notifi-
cation. Oral testimony may be
limited to 3 minutes per per-
son. Written testimony is rec-
ommended and may be sub-
mitted prior to the hearing
