My home is at 2868 E. Lake Hazel Rd. and buts up to the SW corner of the proposed Sky Mesa Highlands
project. I have a couple of concerns:
1. In a letter dated November 8, 2019 Mr. Tucker, who is part of the development team, stated that the
irrigation system they will be providing to replace our current one will only have 52 psi (water
pressure). I need to have at least 60 psi for my sprinkler system to even operate. I request that the
new system has at least the same pressure as our current one.
2. I am also concerned that the homes being built next to my property will obstruct the beautiful view I
enjoy from our home. Would you please consider allowing only single level homes on the lots directly
North of my property. Also restrict the planting of trees that will get so tall as to create the same
problem.
