To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to our Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Administrative Design Review
application for a portion of the parcel of land located at 1752 E. Franklin Rd. Meridian, Idaho,
parcel number R5430250300.
We understand the city is requiring a Certificate of Zoning Compliance for the proposed
tenant improvement, Cope Collision, wanting to construct a new storage building on a
portion of their existing facility located at 1752 E. Franklin Rd. The use of this tenant is mainly
auto body repair, and the proposed building will be a storage of tools and miscellaneous
parts. There is a portion of the building that is used for RV storage. The warehouse area is
3,200 s.f. with a mezzanine storage area of 1,200 s.f. and an exterior covered RV storage 960 s.f.
We appreciate your approval of our Certificate of Zoning Compliance. And we look forward to
another successful project in the city of Meridian.
