All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Five Mile Drain runs
along the northern boundary of this property. The District's easement for the Five Mile Drain
at this location is a minimum of one -hundred feet (100); fifty feet (50') from centerline each
direction.
The McFadden Drain borders part of the southern boundary of th6 property. The District's
easement for the McFadden Drain at this location is eighty-five feet (85'); fifty feet (50') left
and thirty-five feet (35') on the right.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without _ a signed License
Agreement and approves[ plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans.
