NOTICE OF HEAR ING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridi-
an will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday, January 2, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applications of:
HHS Construction, LLC for Annexation of 31.96 acres of
land with an R-4 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat con-
sisting of 75 building lots, 11 common lots and 2 other lots on
30.6 acres of land in the proposed R-4 zoning district for Sky
Mesa Highlands (H-2019-0123), located at the NW corner of
S. Eagle Rd. and E. Lake Hazel Rd.
Northern Land Development , LLC for Annexation of
7.17 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district and a Prelimi-
nary Plat consisting of 65 building lots and 6 common lots on
6 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Hensley Sta -
tion (H-2019-0120), located at 462 N. Black Cat Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are
welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.
Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date
either by mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or
by texting the word "Comment" to 31996. All testimony and
materials received or presented become property of the City
of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change
throughout the public hearing process and it is incumbent on
interested persons to monitor such changes by following the
process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
