Mayor and City Council,
Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Goddard Creek Townhome application failed to
post notice of the public hearing on the property for the December 10, 2019, City Council hearing. Staff
is requesting the Council continue the public hearing to January 14, 2020, so the applicant can
post the site in accord with City Code.
