Does this change the legal description that we published in Meridian Press? We can still meet noticing for
postcards, but if there is a newspaper change, we cannot. We will have to get this to the post office by 10:00am
Wednesday to meet code.

Sonya and Bill: It looks like the postcard notice (attached) for the above project has an error in the map
depicting the area subject to the application. I believe we still have a day to correct this and still make the 15-
day notice period for mailed notic e on the project. The project engineer, Ben Thomas, called planning this AM to
