City of Meridian Clerk, City Counsel Members, whom it may concern. Adding multi-family housing, in leu of light commercial businesses is not acceptable. Once again, we are opposed to this development, H-2019-0068. The first time we opposed this type of development (H-2017-0007) it was ruled to remain zoned as light commercial, R4 as originally plotted and communicated to the residents of Kelly Creek assur ing that traffic and congestion would remain at a minimum as originally planned. We are keenly aware of the traffic congestion and unchecked drivers utilizing Apgar Creek Dr. (residential street) as a through fare to get to Selway Apartments because of the congestion on McMillan Rd. Adding more high-density housing would exacerbate an already congested roadways and inadequate through fares. We also witness the street parking utilized by resident of Selway due to the fact of lack of parking for their high density housing. This issue has been brought to the attention of Meridian Police department and City Compliance officers multiple times. They city has already taken parking from our neighborhood with the add of unnecessary fire lane on the dead end street of Lolo Pass Lane, south of Apgar Creek Drive. We witness the issue with traffic and parking everyday because we do live on Apgar Creek Dr. by the Selway apartments. Please consider our concerns and do not approve the development of additional multi-family housing. Thank you, 2 Rod and Angie Ludlow 2347 W Apgar Cr. Dr. Meridian ID 83646
