Re: Edington Commons Subdivision
Dear Steve and Andrea:
Thank you for meeting with me at your home to discuss the Edington Commons Subdivision
project.
We are pleased that you are supportive of the project, but we understand your desire to limit
the lots adjacent to your home to single story. We believe that two-story homes are
appropriate in this location, but to secure your open support for the project, we are willing to
modify our proposal to the City of Meridian so to the future homes on the five lots adjacent to
your home (as noted in red on the attached plat) will be limited to one story in height. Please
confirm that our modified proposal addresses your concerns and that you will openly support
our project with this modification. If so, then we will agree to so limit the height of the
adjacent homes when the project is developed (i.e., if the project is approved by the City of
Meridian as proposed). We also affirm your request to have a landscaped pathway along your
property line near the northeastern corner of our development lots. We will share your
confirmation of support and this agreement with the City of Meridian so the agreement can be
reflected in an appropriate condition of approval for your project.
