This Change Directive is to further detail the previously issued documents of
MERIDIAN, IDAHO, Walmart Store # 3093 to reflect the following changes:
Planning Comments
Description: This CCD consists of Drawing Sheets A1, A1.1, and A2 and Specification sections 00010 and
04731 all dated 22, NOVEMBER 2019.
This description is for information only and does not supersede vendor responsibility to verify drawing
information.
Provide pricing using the above breakdown of scope.
The General Contractor shall obtain approval of the Walmart Construction Manager before beginning
the Work defined in this Change Directive. If applicable, adjustment to the Contract Sum may be based
only on the method described in 7.3.3.1 of the Contract.
