Dear Bill:
A recent site visit was conducted to confirm compliance with the CZC Landscape & Tree Mitigation Plans
for the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) project located at 1460 E Central Drive in
Meridian.
Based on our observations, we found the landscape to be in general compliance with the approved
plans. There have been plant substitutions due to availability of originally specified varieties; however,
these changes were coordinated through our office and comply with the design intent and tree
mitigation goals.
