This email is a formal submission against the proposed project (townhomes) on the corner of Goddard Creek and
McMillian and I ask that it in full, including the attached documents, be submitted into public record against the
proposed project.
Myself and those citizens of the city of Meridian and residents of Kelly Creek subdivision whom are listed on the
attached petition would like our voices to be heard by our elected officials in opposition to this proposed project as it is
not what we have envisioned or support as a proper use of the corner property as listed in project H-2019-0068.
We ask that as you prepare your votes on the proposed project that you will review the facts and hear our multiple
voices in objection to this project and that you will also take into account that Meridian City’s own Planning and Zoning
have already voted against the rezoning needed to allow this proposed project to move forward.
