We did require that the applicant submit a signal warrant analysis. What we received is not a full analysis and there is not enough data to respond to. After we have received the requested information, our engineers will review to determine 1) if a signal is warranted and 2) if it is warranted do we really want a signal in that location (i.e. how warranted is it, spacing from other signals, etc...) and then 3) if it is warranted and we decide we do want/need a signal in that location, then we will determine how it will get funded, and proportionate share for development. If the City is ready to move forward with a decision tonight, ahead of a final determination about the signal, then the standard "Comply with ACHD conditions" would cover all of those scenarios. I've cc'd Bill Parsons on this to keep him in the loop. Christy Christy Little Manager Development Services (208)387-6144
