NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2019 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Bach Homes for Annexation of 1 acre of land with a C-C zoning district and a
Conditional Use Permit for a self-service storage facility on 1.92 acres of land in the C-
C zoning district for Bach Storage (H-2019-0121), located at 2480 N. Eagle Rd. and
3280 E. River Valley St.
Off the Field, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for an indoor recreation facility
on 2 acres of land in the I-L zoning district for Off the Field (H-2019-0112), located at
2204 E. Lanark St.
Richard and Karena Gardner for a Conditional Use Permit for an in-home
group daycare for 7 to 12 children on 0.28 of an acre of land in the R -8 zoning district
for Magical Minds Daycare (H-2019-0119), located at 2571 E. Taormina Dr.
Shelburne Properties, LLC for an Annexation of 29.01 acres of land with an R-
8 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 99 building lots, 19 common area
lots and 1 other lot on 27.9 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Shelburne South
Subdivision (H-2019-0106), generally located on the north side of E. Amity Rd., ¼ mile
west of S. Cloverdale Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons wishing to testify are welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date either by mail or in person to
Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or by texting the word
“Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho
Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change throughout the public hearing
process and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor such changes by following
the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
