Offthefield is an Athletic Performance Company. We specialize in strength in conditioning with
athletes. We have been in meridian for 6+ years and have developed a great clientele of
Professional, Collegiate, and high school athletes. We have great relationships with athletic
directors, universities, coaches, parents, and athletes throughout the valley. We also do a lot of
training off-site inside the schools like The College of Idaho football program and Mtn. View
High School. Being located in Meridian has been a huge part of our success because of the
proximity to the high schools in the surrounding areas.

I own Offthefield, I don't know if you need the information from Andrew, but I attached documents that I have already handed in to
you guys.
Also, to answer your questions that you were asking Andrew:
- Our hours of operation are based upon appointment, so we could be open at 6:00am and close at 6:30pm or 7:30pm.
During summer hours we close around 4. We have anywhere from 1 to 20 clients per session. It depends upon the season.
Do you need something more specific?
- Our number of clients per day varies upon the season, but it can be anywhere from 30 to 60 spread out through the day.
- We have 3 full time employees and 1partime employee.

Pursuant to the request by the City of Meridian for a code review to determine if the existing
use of the space complies with code requirements, please see the following.
Applicable Codes:
The original building design was based upon the 2009 International Building Code, but the
change in use from an F-2 (low hazard manufacturing) to an A-3 (gymnasium without spectator
seating) requires us to review the space against the current code, the 2015 International
Building Code. As I understand it the areas of primary concern are exiting (number, width and
access) as well as plumbing fixture count.
I visited the site on May 21,2019 and observed that the layout of the space and the access to
existing exit doors

By virtue of a Second Amended Writ of Execution dated June 25, 2018, directed and

In furtherance of said Second Amended Writ of Execution I levied on all of the right, title
and interest of Performance Systems, Inc. in and to the property hereinafter particularly described.
On the 2nd day of August, 2018, at 10:00 am, after first having given due notice of the time and
place of the sale by advertising such according to law, such was sold to Hollyvale Rental Holdings,
being the highest bidder for the sum of $564,001.00, being the highest bid.
Sheriff, Stephen Bartlett, after receiving from Hollyvale Rental Holdings, LLC, the sum of
$564,001.00 gave to Hollyvale Rental Holdings, LLC, a Certificate of Sale as required by law, and
recorded a duplicate of such certificate in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Ada,
State of Idaho.
Six months have expired after such sale and no party has redeemed the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, Stephen Bartlett, Sheriff of Ada County for and in consideration of
the sum of $564,001.00, the receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged, and does grant and
convey unto Hollyvale Rental Holdings, LLC, all right, title and interest of Performance Systems,

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
I am aware of the above requirements and will comply with the posting requirements as stated in
UDC 11-5A-5.
