nances of the City of Mer idian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, December 5,
2019 for the purpose of re-
viewing and considering the
application of:
G20, LLC for Annexation
and Zoning of 14.56 acres of
land with R-15 zoning; and a
Preliminary Plat consisting
of 92 building lots, 10 com-
mon lots and 4 other lots for
common driveways on 13.49
acres of land in an R-15 zon-
ing district for Edington
Commons (H-2019-0109),
located at 3610 N. Linder Rd.
A copy of the above appli-
cation is available for review
upon request. Any interested
persons wishing to testify are
welcome to do so at the pub-
lic hearing listed on this notifi-
cation. Oral testimony may be
limited to 3 minutes per per-
son. Written testimony may
be submitted prior to the
hearing date either by mail or
in person to Meridian City
