Meridian Veterinary Hospital Parking Lot Expansion

NARRATIVE: The owners of the Meridian Veterinary Hospital would like to demo an
existing building on their property in order to expand the limited parking
available on the property. A Demo Permit has been filed (C-Demo-2019-
0007) to remove the building and related site improvements in order to
facilitate this request.
The site currently has 26 parking spaces (24 standard + 2 HC) and the
new parking total will be 37 spaces (35 standard + 2 HC).
The 25’-0” wide landscape buffer will be maintained along the Franklin
Road frontage with a landscape berm, trees and shrubs to screen the
parking lot from view. We are requesting alternative compliance approval
due the existing conditions on site and minimum lot width.
