Developer THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement), is made and entered into this _222 day of OLC 2019, by and between City of Meridian, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, hereafter called CITY whose address is 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642 and Leigh & Donna Brinkerhoff whose address is 805 E. McMillan Rd., Meridian, ID 83642; Todd Campbell Construction, Inc. & Boos Homes, Inc. whose address is PO Box 140298, Boise, ID 83714; Boyd Hill whose address is 1035 E. McMillan Rd., Meridian, ID 83642; and David A. Meyers whose address is 1157 E. McMillan Rd., Meridian, ID 83642, hereinafter called OWNERS and Tall Timber Consulting, LLC, whose address is 14254 W. Battenberg Dr., Boise, ID 83713 and Todd Campbell Construction, Inc., whose address is PO Box 140298, Boise, ID 83714hereinafter called DEVELOPER. 1.
