Acting Chairman Hopkins asl<ed for agenda changes or a motion to adopt. It was noted that
there were no actionable items, as well as quorum was not met, so no action could be taken.
The only real business for today's meeting was the Mobile Bus Tour which was scheduled to
begin at approximately 3:15pm. (Commissioner McKinney arrived as the Commissioners were
heading to the bus at approximately 3:13.)
