indicating final approval of the Property Boundary Adjustment as
referenced above. On September 9, 2019, 201901684 PBA
was granted conditional approval. The final conditions have been met as

1. The applicant and/or owner filed Record of Survey #12018 with the
County Recorder's office on September 27, 2019.
2. The applicant and/or owner executed and recorded the necessary
