BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
LITTLE ROBERTS, MILAM, PALMER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING NEW AND INCREASING FEES; AUTHORIZING CITY
DEPARTMENTS TO COLLECT SUCH FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Idaho Code section 63-1311A, following publication of notice
on September 6, 2019 and September 13, 2019, and public hearing on September 17, 2019, the
City Council of Meridian did, by formal motion, approve the fees as set forth in ExhibitA hereto;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the various departments of the City of Meridian are hereby authorized to
implement and carry out the collection of fees set forth in Exhibit A.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on October 1, 2019.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 24th day of
September, 2019.

of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a Public hearing at
its' meeting on Tuesday, September •10, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., at Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, regarding adoption of the proposed Fiscal Year 2020 Con-
solidated Citywide Fee Schedule, to Include new or increasing fees, as set forth below. Further
