PZ - 2019-10-03 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October, 3, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: SI Construction for a Modification to Development Agreement (Inst. #102012598) to allow the development of SFR homes (i.e. townhomes) instead of offices; a Rezone of 5.03 acres of land from the R-4 to the R-15 zoning district Preliminary Plat for the re-subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, Goddard Creek Subdivision consisting of 4.62 acres of land into 44 building lots and 8 common lotsfor Goddard Creek (H-2019-0068) located northwest corner of W. McMillan Rd. and N. Goddard Creek Way Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notification. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.
