Thank you for discussing this matter with me by telephone. As discussed, the Applicant has heard City
Staff's request to receive a definitive answer from Boise City regarding its position on the area of impact
matters involved in this application. We have engaged with Boise City and expect that this matter will
be taken up in early October 2019; accordingly, we request a deferral of this matter from September 17,
2019 to October 15, 2019.
