18-1790, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 2018 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 (FY2019), APPROPRIATING
MONIES THAT ARE TO BE ALLOCATED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE
