Devco is requesting a continuance for September 3rd. I respectfully request this request be moved to Sept 10, 17, or
24. Jim Conger is asking for Sept with knowledge that it is the day after Labor Day and may of the Alpine Pointe
residents will not be available to testify. I would also like to refute Mr. Conger's testimony that he spoke with the
adjacent homeowners individually on multiple occasion - this is a bald face lie. I have been approached only one time
and that was to merely inform me of a neighborhood meeting at Famous Dave's. I am opposed to transiting R4 to
R15. My small area will have 2.5 homes along the back. Shouldn't transition mean R4 to R8 to R15? My message to
Mr. Congers office have gone unreturned to date. This was denied by P&Z, but Mr Conger states many times that a

"higher up official with the Mayors' office" want to see this prject go through. Ok, fine. I always knew something
would go back there, but I am opposed to the density of the Duet homes along with the 15' setbacks. Thank you for
