Re: Request for Continuance
On behalf of Jayo Land Development Company, Inc., I would like to request a continuance for the scheduled city
council hearing on August 13th to the August 27th date, due to the need to address issues with the existing
irrigation ditch encroachments and to allow for the redesign and required access easements that have come from
the final plat review.
