inspection and the review of the deliverables provided by the Developer to the City for the above
noted project.

As per Division 100 Article 13.07 D of the City of Meridian Supplemental Specifications to the
Idaho Standards of Public Works Construction, the correction period to the items listed above
maybe extended for an additional period of two (2) years after such correction or removal and
replacement has been satisfactorily completed.
The Warranty Surety that you posted with the city is set to expire soon, and therefore if you are
not able to correct the listed deficiencies prior to the expiration date, you will need to extend the
expiration date accordingly.
The contact information for the Public Works Inspector assigned to your project is being
provided to you for your convenience in coordinating your schedule for the correction of the
listed deficiencies.
