NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and
the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public
hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of
6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
applications of:
Tall Timber Consulting and Todd Campbell Construction Inc. for an
Annexation and Zoning of 5.19 acres of land with an R-4 zoning district; and a
Preliminary Plat consisting of 57 building lots and 6 common lots on 19.74 acres of land
in the R-4 zoning District for Silver Springs (H-2019-0058) located 1035, 1157, 805 &
905 E. McMillan Rd.
Devco Development, LLC For a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to
include 4.10 acres of land currently in Boise's area of City Impact in Meridian's area of
City Impact with a Mixed Use-Regional future land use designation, Annexation and
Zoning of 15.21 acres of land with R-15 (11.57 acres) and R-40 (3.64 acres) zoning
districts; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 85 single-family residential building lots, 1
building lot for mulit-family development and 12 common lots, for Delano Subdivision
(H-2019-0027) located at 14120 W. Jasmine Ln. and 2800 E. Jasmine Ln.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S.
Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring
accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings should contact the City
Clerk’s Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
