Hey Stacy,
As for hours of operation this will vary on when clients want to see cars. The auto dealers
licensing regulations are that I have to be in the office at least one hour a week. This could
vary week by week and I just have to let my inspector aware of any changes in time that are
going to be made.

as follows:

- Is the business a whole sale or retail.

- Please also include a description of how you meet code requirements for the required
landscaping to be installed for the vehicle display area (one foot of landscaping to be
installed for every fifty (50) square feet of vehicle display area), which calculates out to be
250 square feet for Synergy Auto Sales. You can count any extra landscaping from Locust
Grove Road that is over the required 25 ft buffer or any extra landscaping from Ralston
Street that is over the required 10 ft buffer. Please measure each street landscape buffer
and provide us with the square footage along with a description of how the landscaping
meets the requirements for the vehicle display area for your business.
I would recommend measuring the Ralston Street landscape buffer, it looks to be well
over the 10ft requirement for a local street. Count that extra footage of landscaping
towards the required amount for the car display area.
