From: Bug Walker <bugwalker@gmail.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 17, 2019 7:08 PM To: planninginquiries <planning@meridiancity.org> Subject: Delano Subdivision H-2019-0027 To Whom it May Concern; We are currently out of town and not able to be at the meeting tomorrow, concerning the proposed project on Eagle Rd and Jasmine Ln. We are homeowners at 3965 N Eagle Rd, and do not want this project to move forward. Besides the fact of ruining beautiful 5 acre lots and homes....Eagle Rd CANNOT handle the traffic. There is no way it can facilitate more apartments and 85 individual homes. Does anyone in your department drive around and check the area or traffic flow, before approval is made? (A sincere question) We also don't want to be deceived by more lies and beautiful renderings. The Brickyard apartments rendering show beautiful townhomes....not even close! You can see them at: https://www.apartments.com/the-brickyard- townhomes-meridian-id/cmt839g/ We have been told that affordable housing needs to be available to all people. What about people who want an acre or 5 acres....do we have a say so? We have resided on our property for 47 years.....Please don't move us out! Will you please make sure that this letter is considered and read at the meeting? Thank you, Twayne and Bug Walker Whatever you are...be a good one! (Abraham Lincoln)
