Joe,
How are you doing? I hope that all is well. I wanted to discuss your comments about the parking in the Delano
Neighborhood that we have proposed North of Ustick near Eagle Road. I am not sure if you saw the parking diagram that
was included in our application narrative. I have attached it for your reference. We are providing a minimum of 56 on
street parking spaces in addition to the 4 spaces per residential unit required by code in the single family portion of our
development. Your letter to the City planning staff says that we are not providing any additional parking. I was hoping
that we could all get on the same page about that prior to our hearing. Please let me know if you have any questions or
additional concerns. Thank you
