MILAM, PALMER, LITTLE ROBERTS
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN APPOINTING DONNA LUSIGNAN TO SEAT 4 OF THE MERIDIAN HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code Section 2-1-1 establishes the Meridian Historic
Preservation Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, Seat 4 of the Meridian Historic Preservation Commission is currently vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems it to be in the best interest of the
citizens of the City of Meridian to approve the appointment of Donna Lusignan to Seat 4 of the Meridian
Historic Preservation Commission as recommended by Mayor De Weerd and described herein;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That, effective immediately, Donna Lusignan be appointed to Seat 4 of the Meridian
Historic Preservation Commission, which terms shall expire October 31, 2019.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval. QQ
