AN ORDINANCE FINDING THAT THE OWNER, CITY OF MERIDIAN, FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY HAS MADE A WRITFEN REQUEST FOR
REZONE OF THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR RF_U~ PROPERTY THAT
LIES WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN FROM R-8
(MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) ZONING DISTRICT TO L-O
(LIMITED OFFICE DISTRICT) AS DEFINED UNDER MERIDIAN CITY
CODE ' 11-7-~- G, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS ORDERS
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO ADD SAID REZONING DESIGNATION TO THE
OFFICIAL MAPS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, COUN'rY OF ADA, STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. FINDINGS:
The owner of the following described property has made a written
request for a re-zone of the zoning classification for the subject Real
Property herein described from R-8 (Medium Density Residential)
District to L-O (Limited Office) District as defined under Meridian
City Code ' Zl-7-2 G; and
The City of Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission and City
Council having given notice and conducted all public hearings in
accordance with law and having issued its findings of fact and
conclusions of law and Decision and Order granting the application
for rezone and which conditions and requirements Applicant shall
comply; and

3. The real proPerty which is the subject of this ordinance is legally
described as follows:
A parcel located in the SW % of Section ~, Township 3 North, Range ~ West, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the northeasterly corner of said
SW V4 (C % corner), from which a brass cap monument marking the southeasterly
corner of said SW 1/4 bears S 0o24'50" E a distance of 2647.99 feet;
Thence S oO24'5o" E along the easterly boundary of said SW % a distance of 69.49 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing S o°24'5o'' E a distance of 589.54 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary S 89039'50'' W a distance of 82.8~ feet to a point;
Thence N 2027'32'' W a distance of ~66.45 feet to a point;
Thence N 8~°29'o5'' W a distance of 76.n feet to a point;
Thence N 42°48'~o'' W a distance of 88.80 feet to a point;
Thence N 34035'20'' W a distance of n8.62 feet to a point;
Thence N o°~8'~9'' W a distance of 248.66 feet to a point;
Thence N 89°48'2o'' E a distance of 289.96 feet to the POINT OF BEINNING.
This parcel contains 2.89 acres and is subject to any easement's existing or in use.
SECTION 2, That the above-described Property be, and the same is hereby re-
zoned and designed (L-O) Limited Office District.
SECTION 3. That the City Engineer is hereby direct to alter all use and area
maps as well as the official zoning maps depicting the City of Meridian land use zones in
accordance with this ordinance.

SECTION 4: All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication, according to law.
