Dear Ms. Sayko:
This letter is in response to your fence waiver application for the property located at 310 E.
Broadway Street, Meridian, Idaho. In your application you asked to be allowed to increase the
height of your fence on the east side to 9-feet.
We received a letter of objection :6:om a surrounding property owner who was notified in
accordance with the City's Zoning and Development Ordinances.
After reviewing your application and visiting the sight, the City has denied your Fence Waiver
application. The City does not feel .that there is a compelling reason to grant a waiver to
increase the fence height above 6-feet. The fence waiver procedure Section 11-1-11 of the
Meridian City Code allows any aggrieved person to appeal this decision. AI! appeals shall be
filed with the Planning and Zoning Department within fifteen (15) days after the date of this
letter.
