Fences are allowed at Woodbridge bill must have specific design approval frum the Design
Committee, Because it i~ the intent of the devel\)per to tie the development together visually,
only ce¡tain types of high quality tenees will be cncoUTBged. No fence situated anywhere
upon a Homesite shall have a height greater than six tèet (6') above the finished gradcd
surface adjacent to the fence of the Homesite upon which the fence is located. Except Ibr
split-rail f"nces located adjacent to Common Areas, no fence shall be constructed so as to
extend toward the front (If the Homesite pas! the front plane ,,1' the dweHing stl11cturc,
constmeted thereon or closer than fifteen feet (15') to any side Homesite lot line of a

In appmving the placement of all exterior radio antenna, television antenna, satellite dish
antenna or other antenna of any type, the Design Commiltec shall consider the sensitive
placement of such antenna in consideration of neighbors and neighboring views, Th.e
screening ofRuch antenna by tènces,lamlscaping or similar struL1ures maybe encouraged by
the Design Committee subjCL1 to consideration of whether any such screening would
unreasonably delay installation or unreasonably increase costs of install lit ion, maintenance or
