Said strip extending from the lateral sewer, westerly to the',
boundary of,the above owners property in the North 106.8 feet,
of the South 213 feet of Block 5, Noursets Third Addition, _
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. j
Also,a strip of land 16 feet wide, said strip being the East
16 feet of the West.one-half of the North 106.8 feet of the
South 213 feet of Block 5, Noursets'Third Addition, Pderidian,
Ada County, Idaho.
AND WHEREAS, the grantee herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying sewage upon and across the above described land
in connection with additional sewer lines -and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States and other good ajad valuable con-
sideration in hand paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, T. b, Mitchell and Betty L. Mlitchell
do hereby give and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, the right to lay, maintain, operate, use, re-
pair and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over and across the above described real property..for the purpose
aforesaid.
