Meridian, A_O.a County, Idaho. _
AND WHEREAS, the grantee herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying sewage upon and across the above described land
in connection with additional sewer lines and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the -sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable con-
sideration in hand paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, Arvad Roberts and Opal Roberts,
do hereby giva�and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, the right to lacy, maintain, operate, use, re-
pair and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over and across -the above described real property for the purpose
aforesaid.)
