of said strip being described as beginning 240 feet East of the,
Boise Meridian and 260.5 feet South of.the North boundary of
Bldck 7, Nourse?s Third Addition, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
thence extending Southerly and parallel to the Boise Meridian
a distance of 65 feet to the South boundary of the above owners
property in Nourse's Third Addition, Meridian, AdaCounty, Idaho.
AND WHEREAS, the grantee herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying sewage upon and across the above described land
in connection with additional sewer lines and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar (i?'1.00).
lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable con-
sideration in hand paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, M. R. TOLL an� TOLL,
do_ hereby give and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, _the right to lay, maintain, operate, use, -re-
pair and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over and across the above described -real property for the purpose
aforesaid.
