being -the East 16 feet of the West one -half -of the North
79 feet of Block 3;-Nourse•ts Third Addition; Meridian, Ada.

The sewer pipe on said,land shall be laid not less than fine
feet west.of the.east boundary of the above described property;
AND WHEREAS, the grantee•herein desires to construct a pipe
line for conveying sewage upon and across the above described land
in connection with additional sewer lines and sewage treatment
plant authorized by bond election in said city held August 30, 1955.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States and other good.end valuable con -i'
sideration in hand paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, F. M. Endecott and&"s ',PL_Endecott,
do hereby.give and grant the City of Meridian, its successors,
and assigns forever, the right to lay, maintain, operate, use, re-
pair -and remove a certain pipe line for conveying sewage through,
over.and across the above described real property for the purpose
aforesaid.
