Subject: Delano Subdivison Development Proposal
I would like to add my voice of opposition to the development of the Delano subdivision as it is currently
proposed. My home backs up to Wainwright and the additional traffic congestion and noise will have an
adverse affect on my families current quality of life , peace and well being. I oppose the traffic impact of the
Delano development on Alpine Pointe subdivision and its limiting access to Eagle Road and McMillan. At the
Eagle and Wainwright intersection traffic accidents are escalating over last year at a rapid pace. The addition
of Delano as proposed will give access to Brick Yard residents as well, and the results will hinder current
business near the intersection with devistating if not deadly results to residents.
Cut through traffic will impact the surrounding subdivisions of Settlers Park and Champion Park also. The
increased density as proposed will also negatively impact and over burden local elementary, middle and high
schools.
Please reconsider the high density proposed for this development and consider suggested
changes submitted to limit traffic onto Wainwright via Dashwood PI.
