BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
LITTLE ROBERTS MILAM, PALMER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW VEHICLE IMMOBILIZATION LICENSE
APPLICATION FEE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE TO COLLECT SUCH
FEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice in the Meridian Press on April 5, 2019 and
April 12, 2019, according to the requirements of Idaho Code section 63-1311A, on April 16, 2019,
the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on the adoption of a proposed new fee of the Meridian
City Clerk's Office; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
proposed new fee;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a new fee of the Meridian City Clerk's Office, a vehicle immobilization
license application fee, in the amount of $73.25, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the Meridian City Clerk's Office is hereby authorized to implement and carry
out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this Ito day of April, 2019.
