Gateway Marketplace Rosauer’s Demising
Planning Staff:
Please accept the following narrative description of the above referenced
project describing how the work associated with this request.
The project work is to demise the existing Rosauer’s tenant area into a
smaller tenant area for a future grocery tenant. The work included here is
required by the landlord to accommodate the needs of the future tenant.
This request is to remove a pair of existing storefront windows and the
dividing stucco and stone veneer wainscot and installing a new aluminum
storefront and sliding entry system to provide direct access into the new
store location. The existing façade will remain intact other than the
modifications as indicated.
