This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved your short plat
application for the subject property at their March 7,2012 meeting.
In accord with UDC lI-68-7, the applicant shall obtain the City Engineer's signature on the final
plat or submit an application for a time extension on or before March 7,2014 in order for the
short plat to remain valid.
This letter represents a final decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a
regulatory taking analysis under Idaho Code 67-8003.
