Fairview Ave, Summary of Request: The proposed modifications are at the request of ITD and a result of negotiations between the applicant and ITD to include a clarilication that land use applications are subject to prolect specific comments from lrD as well as ACHD; and limitations on certificates of occupancy (c of o!) that are tied io phasing of development. No limitatlons on occupancy will apply to tre first phase ofdeveloped area up to 680,000 square feet (s.f.).
