Submit two (2) sets of final engineering construction drawings for streets, water, sewer,
sidewalks, irrigation and other public improvements with two (2) copies of the final plat
attached to Public Works Department for approval (208-s98-5500). These drawings must be
stamped and signed by a registered engineer/surveyor in the State ofldaho.
Storm drainage calculations must be submitted for private drives and parking areas within
subdivisions

Size of property, existing zoning, and location: This site consists of approximately 2.4 acres, is cunenfly zoned
R-15 and is located
on the southwest corner of W. Ashby Drive and N. Meridian Road.
Summary of Request: The applicant has applied for final plat approval consisting of five (5)
multi-family residential lots. The l\,4ulberry
Subdivision was approved by City Council on october g,
2012. Concurrently, Council appioved a conditional use permit that allows the
proposed lots to develop with thirty-six (36) multi-family units. Landscaping
for the site is also tied to the approval of the conditjonal use
permit and will be reviewed for conformance with a future certificate of zonrng compliance and administratve
design review application.
Staff has reviewed the proposed finalplat for consistency with the approved preliminary plat
and City Code. The proposed plat is found
it to be in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
